How long does it take to build my website?
Most sites go live about 1–2 weeks after your consultation call. The exact timing depends on the size of your site and how quickly we get your content and feedback. You'll see your free demo on the call and get a clear launch date at the same time.
Is the demo site really free?
Yes. We build a demo of your new website before your consultation so you can see exactly what you'd be getting. There's no cost to see it.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The $749 is fixed before we start, covers designing, building, and launching your site, and is only due once your site is finished and you've reviewed it. The only other costs are your domain name and hosting, which you pay directly to those providers. We'll help you set both up.
When do I pay?
Not until your site is finished and you've reviewed it. Once you're happy, we send one invoice for the $749, which you can pay online by card. Your site goes live as soon as it's paid. Since nothing is due until you've seen the finished site, payments are non-refundable once your site is live.
How many rounds of changes do I get?
Up to 2 rounds of revisions before launch are included. Bigger changes or new features beyond what we agreed on can be quoted separately.
Who pays for my domain and hosting after launch?
You do. The $749 covers designing, building, and launching your site. After launch, your domain name and hosting are ongoing costs paid directly by you to those providers (a domain is usually around $10–20 a year, and hosting for most business sites runs from free to about $20 a month). We set both up in your name so you stay in full control, but we don't pay for or renew them on your behalf, and they aren't included in the optional care plan. Keep your payment details up to date with those providers so your site and email stay online.
Do I need the monthly care plan?
No, it's completely optional. Your website is yours either way. The $75/month care plan is for owners who'd rather hand off updates, fixes, and maintenance instead of handling them themselves. It includes up to 3 updates a month (unused updates don't roll over), and you can cancel anytime before your next billing date.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once your project is paid for, your website and your domain belong to you.
Can you redesign my current website?
Absolutely. We'll keep what's working and rebuild the rest into a modern site you're proud to share.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes. We'll show you how to make simple changes like hours, prices, and photos. For bigger changes, we're one message away.
